All of us will face problems throughout our lives.  Most of the time, we just work through them, and eventually things get easier.  Sometimes we are unable to get out of the despondency, and may think that nothing will ever get better.  We just need help in order to bring about change, and this program can provide helpful insight to those in need of assistance.

Learning objectives for this DVD include:

• Learn about depression, the types of depression, and symptoms of depression
• Learn about the true gravity of suicide, evaluate how anxiety and depression can lead to suicide, and potential warning signs of suicide
• Learn some strategies to use in order to deal with depression and anxiety
• Learn what to do if someone is contemplating suicide
